Welcome to the ESL Department!
Hello my name is Alyssa Wunder (or Miss Wunder) and I am the newest ELL teacher at Queen City Academy Charter School for the upcoming 2018-19 school year. I’m excited to work with your child this year! Here are five fast facts about me:
- I graduated with my Masters of Education (Ed.M.) in K-12 Language Education in May 2018 from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
- I graduated cum laude with my Bachelors (B.A.) in Korean Language, Literature, and Area Studies in May 2017 from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
- I can speak English and Korean; and am learning Mandarin Chinese and Spanish!
- I was born and raised in PA, moved to NJ, and have lived in South Korea.
- I love any and everything about cats especially Hello Kitty!
